In 2003, he represented Mattel Inc in Mattel Inc v. Walking Mountain Productions, U S Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, No. 01-56695, No. 01-57193, March 6, 2003, while an associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP, a Los Angeles, California business litigation firm.
In 2006, he joined Lovells International Attorneys, a large law firm of some many hundreds of attorneys, as an associate and now specializes in Chinese litigation issues and anti-counterfeit counseling and product IP strategy.
Recently, he was lead speaker at the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, speaking to a delegation of People to People Ambassadors, selected to represent the US Patent Bar on a Dwight D. Eisenhower Ambassador program to China in September of 2006. His presentation was well-received by the delegation.
